A little about us...

Following the merger of two local established law firms in Clacton on Sea, HP Law Solicitors are proud to offer legal services to the local community and further afield. Here in the Property Department, we have strong links with a number of local estate agents, brokers and financial institutions, and we are highly regarded for our efficiency and approachability.

We pride ourselves in offering all clients, whether large companies or private individuals, a friendly and personal, yet professional service. Within the firm there are 7 qualified solicitors who offer a wealth of local knowledge and many years experience in each individual area of law as practiced.

Within the Property Department we have three experienced solicitors and a conveyancer of many years standing. We deal with both commercial and residential conveyancing, and other aspects of property law. Our solicitors are assisted by skilled paralegals and legal secretaries, all of whom will have extensive knowledge of your matter.

Our approachable team of lawyers can guide and advise you through the stressful journey of buying and selling property and lead you through the minefield of legal jargon and paperwork. We acknowledge that the majority of our clients wish to complete their transactions promptly and we always endeavour to be pro-active, rather than reactive. Our up to date computer systems and direct links with the Land Registry and search providers help us to achieve our goal, which is to provide the best possible service standards in the quickest possible time.

We work closely with our Wills and Probate Department, and our lawyers in this field are able to offer their services in conjunction with any property related matter. We also have expertise in matters concerning the family and childcare, and criminal defence work.
